Ceremony

[Talonfang]

Talonstar padded from his den, his heart pounding from the first ceremony he was about to call. Jumping up onto a stump he let out a yowl to summon his clan. “All cats old enough to catch their own prey join me here for a clan meeting!” he called.

[Icefang]

Icekit pads out of the nursery and looks up to the stump suddenly gets really exited "im 6moons old now!" Icekit meows happily
Icekit sits down in front of Talenstar and try's to hide the exitment. "I wonder who my mentor will be?" Icekit ponders
OOC: sorry it took me so long to answer I have had a lot of stuff on my plate.

[Thunderstar]

Thunderflash padded out of the warriors den as she blinked her eyes open from sleep. She scanned the clearing as she took a seat toward the front of the gathering. She felt her heart race with excitement as she looked up at Talonstar. It was his first time making a ceremony after all.

[Blazenheart]

Blazenheart heard the yowl of the leader and abruptly got up and padded just outside of the den so she could keep watch of the kits. Angling her ears forward she listened intently.

[Leafstorm]

When Talonstar had called the meeting Leafstorm immediately knew that Icekit was going to be apprenticed, Leafstorm dashed out of her den to go sit with Icekit but when she saw he friend sitting in front of Talonstar she decided to talk with some other clan members then she saw Blazenheart sitting in front of the nursery she must be so proud Leafstorm thought and decided to go talk to her Leafstorm padded around the clearing and sat down next to Blazenheart "Hi Blazenheart" Leafstorm said and couldn't stop thinking about Icekit.

[Icefang]

Icekit couldn't keep her paws stills Icekit glances around the camp to see were Leafstorm is and spots her sitting next to Blazenheart. As soon as she sees her mom Icekit feels proud and sits taller. "I may just be starting my journey but it feels like I already accomplished something, and it may be a silly thing to get exited about but it's the start of my long journey." Icekit thinks

[Blazenheart]

Blazenheart turned to Leaf(storm?) "Hello Leaf(storm?)." she smiled sweetly. She turned toward Icekit and beamed at her when she turned around, pride growing in her.

[Talonfang]

Talonstar waited until his clan had arrived before continuing. "Icekit, you have finally become of age and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Icepaw. Your mentor will be Thunderflash. I know she will work hard to teach you all of the skills you need to become an excellent warrior." The tom then turns his gaze to the deputy, his eyes studying her as he flicked his tail for her to step forward. "Thunderflash, I believe you are ready for another apprentice. You have shown yourself to be smart and patient and I know you will pass on all there is to know of being a warrior."

[Icefang]

IcePAW jumps up happily, walks over to Thunderflash and Rubs noses with her. Then Icepaw filled with pride goes and sits back down even though it's hard to keep still with all the excitement.

[Leafstorm]

Leafstorm proudly stood up"Icepaw! Icepaw!" She shouted loudly with the rest of the Clan.

[Thunderstar]

Thunderflash slowly looked up as her heart skipped a beat. She felt a flash of excitement rush through her as she stood up and padded forward. She gently touched noses with her new apprentice, Icepaw as she gave her a slight smile. She quickly padded back to her seat as she flicked her tail over her paws neatly.
